The department of fundamentals of religion has been established in 1430 H as part of the college of Sharia Fundamentals of religion. It is one of the main departments at the college. The courses of Fundamentals of Religion taught in this college include Koran interpretation, Glorified Sunnah Studies, subjects of Greed (Monotheism)
